Harvesting machine
Separates algal biomass from the culture medium, sized to your pond volume and harvest frequency.
Harvesting, dewatering, drying and milling equipment for microalgae farms — engineered to your throughput by a founder who has spent years commissioning exactly these systems on working farms.

G B Jayaprakash has spent 12 years in the spirulina industry, building and commissioning processing lines — harvesting systems, dewatering units, refractance window dryers — on more than 20 farms across India. He has stood in the ponds, started up the dryers, and fixed the machines that didn't behave.
In 2026 he founded OVA Forge with a simple conviction: a farm should get a well-built machine at a fair price, and a fabricator who still answers the phone after the invoice is paid.
A farm is only as good as its weakest machine. We fabricate for each step between the pond and a sellable product.
Everything tagged Fabricated is built in-house to your requirement. Spray dryers and laboratory equipment we source, supply and integrate — and we say so.

Continuous, even circulation for raceway ponds — light exposure, gas exchange, no settling. Built to raceway length and depth.
Strips the bulk of free water from harvested biomass — cutting drying time, energy cost and heat load on the product.
Our signature build. Gentle belt-over-hot-water drying that protects colour and heat-sensitive pigments. See how it works ↓
Three further drying routes — forced air, reduced pressure for heat-sensitive material, and radiant infrared — matched to your product and spec.
Size reduction to the particle size you specify, and homogenised blends for a consistent finished product.
For high-volume continuous drying. We source, supply and integrate these units into your line — we don't fabricate them, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Instruments and consumables for culture monitoring, quality control and product testing — one order alongside your machinery.
Spirulina sells on its colour and protein quality — both heat-sensitive. Dry it too hard and you still get powder, but not the product buyers pay a premium for.
In our RWD, biomass is extruded as noodles onto a belt gliding over a hot-water bath. Heat rises gently through the belt into the product. The water never touches the algae.
